About Licenses
This is a general outline of the licenses that come with artwork (“the Artwork”) and assets (“the Asset(s)”) purchased from orribu (orribu LLC, “the Artist”).
Each purchased license will be personalized to fit your needs. Please note that purchasing a license is not the same as purchasing complete ownership (copyright, etc.) of the Artwork. If you require full ownership of the work, please reach out to licensing@orribu.co.
🌱Personal🌱
You’re free to use the commissioned artwork (referred to as Artwork) as an avatar/user profile image (i.e. Discord, Bluesky, Unvale, etc.).
This is the default license that comes with every work/asset purchased from Orribu.Co. The Artwork is NOT representative of your brand and can’t be used as such.
🪴Commercial🪴 (Limited)
The Artwork will be used for a very specific purpose, with respect to the Terms of Service, which will be defined in a written, signed agreement.
This is a great option if you have onepurpose in mind for the image (i.e. a splash image in your streams OR merch OR emotes, etc.).
🌷Commercial🌷 (Flexible)
The Artwork can be used for a variety of purposes, with respect to the Terms of Service, which will be indicted in a written, signed agreement.
This is a fantastic option if you want to use the Artwork for a variety of purposes (i.e. a splash image in streams AND merch AND emotes, etc.)

A commercial license can be purchased for up to one year (365 days) after the invoice date for any Asset or Artwork purchased from Orribu.Co or from the Artist directly.
The Artist retains full rights to the image and can display it in portfolios, promotional materials, etc. If at any time you (the Client) need a temporary non-disclosure, a delayed showcashing, or full rights to the Artwork, a full release can be negotiated by reaching out to licensing@orribu.co. The Artist will strictly NEVER grant permission for her work to be used for blockchain/genAI/AI-training purposes, as mentioned in the genAI/Blockchain policy in the Terms of Service.
The Artist’s work cannot be modified in any way. The Artist’s signature cannot be removed, and the image cannot be altered or modified in any way. Cropping for your profile image, banner, etc. is okay, as long as you do not remove the signature from the original work.
The work provided cannot be reposted, repackaged, resold, or otherwise used outside of the scope of each license without express written and signed permission from the Artist or a license/use agreement that has been written and signed by both you (“the Client”) and the Artist. Under no circumstances can the Artist’s work be used for Blockchain, genAI, or other adjacent purposes.
