For physical items, I’ll be making a trip to the post office during my normal operating hours. You should receive a separate email with tracking details (different from your order confirmation) that will alert you when your order is on the way!

Digital downloads should be available instantly. Check your email for the download, including the spam folder!

Custom art commissions take a longer time to fulfill—it’s a process.
